MASSAGE BENEFITS
BOWEN THERAPYBowen Therapy was developed by Tom Bowen (1916-1982) in Geelong. It is a dynamic technique that promotes deep relaxation and empowers self-healing. The treatment works holistically to balance the physical, mental and emotional aspects of the body. Bowen Therapy is a treatment that consists of a series of gentle rolling movements over a muscle or tendon that frees the fascia or soft tissue, hydrates the tissues and enables greater movement. Bowen Therapy allows better supply of nutrients to your cells and helps removes toxins. With less restricted muscles, tendons and ligaments, the vascular, lymphatic and nervous systems will be able to function more effectively. BOWEN BENEFITS
Treatments are generally spread over 3 sessions within a 4 week period. LYMPHATIC DRAINAGEThis is a feather soft, oil free technique which is specifically designed to increase the flow of lymphatic fluid. A very relaxing treatment which can reduce swelling and help cleanse the body of toxins. Full body treatments require 1 ˝ hours.
